CSL | Climate Simulation Laboratory Proposal

CESM 2012-2014 CSL Proposal | CESM 2012-2014 CSL Accomplishments

The CSL | Climate Simulation Laboratory at NCAR is a dedicated climate model computing facility that supports the multiagency U.S. Global Change Research Program by providing high-performance computing and data storage systems to support large-scale, long-running simulations of the Earth's climate system, including appropriate model components, that need to be completed in a short calendar period. CSL allocations are made approximately every 18 months.

The U.S. Global Change Research Program is soliciting proposals for the use of the CSL | Climate Simulation Laboratory computing facilities, beginning April 1, 2011, and continuing through June 30, 2012. The DEADLINE for submitting proposals is December 1, 2010. If you are currently using the CSL and wish to continue using the facility after March 2011, please submit your renewal proposal and a progress report by the December 1, 2010, deadline.
