Convert binary KMT to NetCDF

Once you have created a deep time paleo ocean bathymetry (KMT) on your deep time ocean grid, you need to check your bathymetry for no-flow channels, isolated inland seas, and other unwanted features.  Use this example of an NCL script to visualize your binary ocean KMT by first converting it to NetCDF.  You can use this script to modify individual KMT points in the netCDF file, and then produce a new KMT file.  This iterative process can be used to fine-tune your land/sea mask.   Note that remapping the grid to a lat/long grid requires that you first create a coupler mapping file ( for your Deep Time ocean and grid.   To avoid this step, set REMAP = False.
