Correct 'branch_time:' information for all NCAR CMIP5 datasets

Problem: Due to a bug in a metadata parsing routine (dating from April 2012), the `branch_time:` attribute for virtually all CMIP5 netCDF files is incorrect.

Solution: To be determined, because while correcting this metadata is straightforward, it would require assigning new `tracking_id:` values, as well as computing new checksums and republishing the altered data.
