When the I1850SPINUPCN compset is run the case that is used is:

DATM_CPL_CASE="b40.20th.track1.1deg.012"

which is a transient case rather than a fixed 1850 case.

So it should be changed to...

b40.1850.track1.1deg.006a

and the years adjusted to be within 953 and 1108.
