The ESMF_LIBDIR is set to a directory on /ptmp, which is temporary storage.  It should be set to /contrib/esmf_5_2_0-64-O/lib/
in env_build.xml.  You may use the follow xmlchange command.

xmlchange -file env_build.xml -id ESMF_LIBDIR -val /contrib/esmf_5_2_0-64-O/lib/
