From Dave: doubling of c0_lnd and there wasn't really any improvement. Dry season precipitation is largely unaffected and it is the dry season (and possibly the transition season) bias that is causing the problem. Comments:

From Dave: The dmpdz/2 run is marginally better than the control, but it certainly doesn't solve the problem. Rainfall only ends up being pretty marginally impacted in the southern Amazon and the atmosphere is still very dry with summer surface RH around 55% where the obs suggest it should be closer to 80%.
