Parameterization of Subgrid Heterogeneity

This project aims to communicate subgrid variability in the atmosphere (as represented by CLUBB) to other model components, and to communicate subgrid variability at the surface back to the atmosphere (particularly as part of the CLASP CPT, which stands for Coupling of Land and Atmospheric Subgrid Parameterizations).
