2021 CESM Paleoclimate Working Group Meeting

2021 CESM Paleoclimate Working Group Meeting

Meeting Details

Event Date: 02/05/21, 02/08/21 & 02/09/21
Location: Virtual Via Zoom
Time: 3-4 hours in the morning, Mtn. Time

The goal of the Paleoclimate Working Group is to allow the community to address scientific questions about past climates in Earth history using the CESM model. The Paleoclimate Working Group is a consortium of scientists from universities and laboratories interested in modeling and understanding past Earth climates.

The theme for our meeting on February 5 will be paleoclimate simulations with dynamic land ice models and will be organized jointly with the Land Ice Working Group. On February 8 and 9, we invite presentations on any research related to paleoclimate modeling and observations.

* Meeting agenda, participant list, and presentations will be posted here at a later date.
